3e57802c6e feat: add news source adapters and AI article analysis 
- Implement adapters for NewsAPI, GNews, NewsData, Serper Web Search,
  and Brave Search.
- Add unified fetchNews aggregator with URL deduplication.
- Wire OpenAI-compatible Kimi client for bias classification, ranking,
  summarization, and topic extraction.
- Add AI analysis prompts, response parsing, and fallback logic.
- Build ranker combining AI score, source credibility, and recency.
- Create admin Discover page and API for manual news discovery.

e086141620 feat: bootstrap admin auth, DB schema, and encrypted API keys 
- Add Prisma schema for AdminUser, Source, Article, SearchRule, SearchRun,
  and encrypted ApiKey storage.
- Implement JWT session middleware and admin login/logout.
- Add AES-256-GCM encryption helpers for API keys.
- Seed default news sources and admin credentials.
- Create admin shell layout and login page.

b77d0c73cd chore: ignore local SQLite DB and Hermes plans 
Add dev.db variants and .hermes/ to .gitignore so local data and
session planning files are not committed.
